Hello everyone. New to this forum. Hoping to give and get advise and tech info along the way. That said, Question......... I have a 66 Impala super sport 396 four speed #matching. Need trunk floor replaced. Does anyone have a ballpark figure of what the LABOR of that job might be. I have the panels. Thanks.

Hi Stewart, I'm in Pa. so not local to you. Anyway, your right about doing it right the first time. A few of my friends have suggested just "patching it up". Not doing that. This may not end up being a "concours resto" but patching and cutting corners that will cheapining it won't happen either. Thanks for the responce. I will ask around at shows this spring.

Never again, for me, anyways.

I paid to have the 442 done.

I did the '41 Chevy myself.

Heck, the replacement panels are
expensive enough, huh?

Anyway, good luck with your
project, and post up some pics
with your progress!

How did you go about replacing it? Trunk panels in Precious (my 67 Impala 4dr) have more holes in them than a tin can after target practice, so i'm going to replace them meself with maybe some help from Dad
