Look at this shortened 1955 Bel-Air!

Remove this ad!
Almost makes it look like an old third world European crap wagon.

They just knocked the section of the car where the two back doors are  bet if they tubbed it, some big meats on the back and blown Big Block that thing wouldn't have any problems doing a wheel stand.

There is one like this in Fargo, I see it all the time. I can't remember what year it is. It's neat, but a little weird. I'll see if I can get a picture of it and post it.

Heres some pics of that shortened chevy wagon in Fargo.
You guys can rip on it if you want, I like it. I think its a nice way to keep vintage iron out of the scrap pile. Its cooler than buying a car off the shelf just like any other joe blow. Plus it can haul cargo like a Blazer.

Early in high school, I worked for a guy with a cool 50's wagon decaying in the woods. Buick I think, I can't remember.
I had dreams of turning it into a sort of El Camino. It had the right lines to be a beautiful ride, plus it came with a tailgate!

OK I did some playing with photoshop. Here is my before and after idea for the Buick wagon. Its a little off subject, but it is still about a chopped up wagon.

Do you mean the pickup or the shortened wagon?

The pickup is very cool. I didn't notice that the wagon was shortened. Post up the originals.

Jimbeau, the yellow 55 Chevy picture I posted was the shortened wagon. Also, the red 55 Chevy in link for the first post was a shortened wagon.
