I wouldn't buy this....

When I first looked, pics were posted. It's a white Caprice, not so good looking. I'd say he was desparate to sell it. He pulled all pics, and put it up twice...

One says
"Caprice ss caprice ss not impala clone LT1 corvette motor cold air intake"

The other says
"Chevrolet : Caprice
ss low miles 80k very rare ss LT1 corvette motor cold air intake "

I can't figure it out.....if its not an SS clone, than what is it? Oh, NOW its a rare LT1.....???
Wait.....It's a Caprice SS.....no wait....??
At least as of now, there's not pics anymore. It seems, in the writeup on this car, that this could be that guy in the video with the "Impala SS" that might beat the Vette.....

Going home now! WOOHOO!

OK, he reposted pics. But why post the ad twice on the same car? Is that normal practice?

Yea, thats them. Can someone put the same item up twice?
From reading the description of the car, the guy sounds kinda like the kid in that vid of the "Impala SS" thats really a Caprice...

How come your links worked, and mine didn't??

By the way, thanks Steve...

It is definitely no 10,000 dollar car. I would pay 2500.

$2500 might be pushing it still, doesn't seem like a bad car, but nothing special for sure...

I was wondering just how kosher it is to place the same car into 2 auctions...Let alone all the B.S. he spilled out in his description....

I wouldn't think so, what happens if they both sell? Not that they would in this case, but what if?

Hang on, I messaged him about it. Check this out.

Dear beacoup3,

I noticed that you say your Caprice SS has a rare lt1 motor in in. The problem with this is, there was no caprice ss offered in 1994. The LT1 motor was standard in the Caprices with the B4U towing package, and an option in 9c1 Caprices. It is not a rare motor. At all. And it is DEFINITELY not worth your 10,000 dollar buy it now price. The body is in fair condition, I see a stain on the passenger seat in one of you pics, and the engine bay looks like it may have a layer of oil on it. You need to at least clean the car up before posting it on here. I think you are trying to scam someone.

Dear cdivine16b,

Thats what makes it rare genious i made it a caprice ss my self this is not a donk it was used strictly for racing Its rare because of what I did to the engine not the version its self this engine is rare and I race it all the time this b4 the wreck the car is not clean by any means I can always spend a 100 to clean a car and scam someone but I'm listing all of the money I put into the car not by any means did I say it was clean u dummy I'll go clean it put cleaner pics on there and then c what comment u post on my car if you wanna make a offer make a offer dont tell me what I should sell me car for if u knew cars n read my post you would know that a turbo transmission is in the car, cold air intake, flowmaste pipes, had the engine chipped, euro bumper, sound system no subs but new interior speakers and deck, bought this car in 03" n it never looked sound or drive like it does now I got well over 10000 into this car this is a race car not your lil homes caprice so do your little research n go look up how much all my upgrade cost me not what engine is in a caprice cause if you really did your research many caprices were listed as lt1 motors but had only the 4.3 u have to look at the 8th digit vin# so go do a little bit more research b4 u insult my whip next time this is a run-way model that just woke up all she need is a lil make-up to come doll her up a lil clean in some rims n she will go to new York to Cali and back do some more research proffesor n I'll make sure I save this message in case I get anotha hatta such as yourself make a offer dnt throw salt on my name wit day scam shit
