damn, my pics are like 3000 x ???? I hate resizing. heres one pic i have thats not huge. its from when i went to visit my sister in alaska. I have a million like this but theyre giant

It should only lower the quality a lot increasing size. IK it's a PITA to resize soo many, mine takes them in 4000, I had to resize them all.

None of my previous pictures have been edited with the exception of the last picture in my previous post. That picture has been edited slightly.
These pictures however have been edited. They have been photoshopped to be exact. Still cool though IMO so I figured I would share them.

Very cool! There's some abandoned places around here, but they're a little harder to get into being placed right in the middle of the ghetto so to speak. Great photos though.

Thanks! It's kind of an [whispers]illegal[/whispers] hobby. Most places are posted with no trespassing signs, and are guarded. That's because in this country you have idiots who like to tag, steal, break and burn. The photog forum I frequent has a motto..."Leave Only Footprints". Most follow that. They also don't talk openly about how to get in. They don't even name the places, so it doesn't get busted up! They come up with fake names for the places.

Speaking of kids who wreck these places, there is one guy from Belgium. He goes into places that don't even HAVE footprints in the dust on the floor! And, all the equipment is still there, like all you have to do is turn it on, and it'll work. In Europe, they don't get rid of anything! Not like here, it's usually torn down....

I re-sized these from 2272 X 1704 and 1600 X1200 to 640X480 so they would fit a bit better here.
Some I took on a drive one fall day to Kananaskis Country, say it : "Can An Ass Kiss" ( we call it K country for short )
About 25 mins from home.
Lived here since 1985 and never get tired of this drive over the Highwood Pass, about 7200ft, especially in the fall which comes early here, usually mid Sept.
01 December they close this road because of the amount of snow it receives.

The wintery ones is the Trans Canada Highway through Canmore near Banff which is about an hour west of my house.
( I know my windshield is cracked. Been replaced since then )

The last one is to show that we really do get summer here in the GWN.
Albeit only for 3 days a year

Oh yeah 40.7C = 105 F
