Had the funniest call today.
Call of the day: Me "thank you for calling Remote Support. My name is David and I will be assisting you today. Customer; "The tech just left my house and said that what I was doing is illegal. He said he is calling the police. I have called my lawyer, but if the cops show up, this call is over." Me; "Umm... What is the name on the account?" I eventually got her over to sales to purchase service. Yeah, I am that charming. __________________ Jackass of all Trades Tri-9 Defined: 1994, 1995 or 1996 B-Body. ![]() 1994 9c1- 300,000 miles and counting. |

I have no idea. She called looking for help "cleaning" her computer. I had no idea what she was doing, but was sure that I would end up reporting her myself, if I got the call transferred back to me. Alas, I did not. I think the cops might have gotten there before the salesman was done. That or she was a paranoid tweaker.
