Hi all!

I just wanted to post this event that is happening every two weeks this summer....

It's the Mass Cruisers' Auto Show and it is in the large parking lot across from the Bass Pro Shops at Patriot Place (the retail sections in front of Gillette Stadium) in Foxboro, MA.

Here are a couple of links with some more information:

As I mentioned, the show is every two weeks, on Thursdays. I was just at a show last Thursday, May 20th, so the next one is going to be on June 3rd.

The show is loosely scheduled to start at 5 PM and end at 9 PM.

When I went, I did not see any 7th Generation Impala SS's on the lot, and I am considering putting mine in for show.... leet me know what you guys think on this please.....

I saw only TWO 6th Generation Impala SS's, so if you are the proud owner of a 94-96 SS, please feel free to show it off

Hope to see you most of you New Englanders there!

Not trying to rain on your parade, but unless you have some fairly unique modifications and your SS is customized, I dont think it will be very well recieved at auto shows. There is not a huge appreciation for the 7th-8th gen SS's as it is, and even more so when you are parking it next to some of the nicest and rarest cars around.

I hate going to a car show and seeing 10 guys with the same 2006 Mustang Convertible. Not because there is 10 of them there, but because I can see one everyday when I drive to work. The best part about car shows is getting to see things that you dont get to see everyday. I have a feeling if I parked my SS at a car show, most people would walk by going ":dunno: I think he parked in the wrong lot"

Haha I totally agree, and I was thinking the same thing; that the 7th and 8th generations aren't really received well, that's why I was just asking about it.

In addition, I was also asking because I saw a lot of stock Mustangs and even a couple of stock ricers like Suburau's and Honda Accords... lol

You're definitely not raining on my parade, but thanks for looking out :)

I hear ya, and I agree! The stock value of a vehicle should not be the sole factor of obtaining an award, nor should it be of any factor, in my opinion.
