No Problem I (need to) see the light('s)

That sounds fine to me.
I'd just like some advice from anyone who might have an idea why my 71 Impala's Head lights all of the sudden will not come on. Fuse's are good. All the other lights and electrical things work fine. It's been raining all day and night. Could it be a relay. Or the light switch. How do I trouble shoot?
