305 motor and the 4 speed automatic transmission with overdrive I think it is the 700R4 but can't confirm that 100%

I'm not sure the exact miles odometer rolls over at 100k, but it is showing 32k and some change...I'd assume it's got 132xxx miles, but it could be 232xxx just as easily.

Also this car is basically stock still.

At this point all that I've done with it is:

Brand new braking system, new pads in front/back, new rotors in front, turned drums in back, new brake lines front to back.

New exhaust system, new headers on motor, new mufflers and new dual exhaust running from the headers to the bumper.

New shocks all the way around the car.

Nice! Lots of potential there!

Very nice , lots of potential . For me the old 305 ran great but just didn't have any power , which is why I put in a 350 crate motor a couple of months back. Im suprised yours has post antenna , mine has the antenna in the windshield. I'm not sure how stock you want to keep it , but if your looking for the stock wire wheel hubcaps , they show up on ebay often or they can be had at places like this ....

I've got the hubs

This car has caused me quite the headache...first mechanic that was working on it tried to break one off in my @$$ big time. We went to court over this car...finally got all that settled and the next mechanic just wouldn't work on it at all. And I need to fix a lot of the stuff the first guy left unfinished.

Just right now I have to change out valve covers (they aren't matching) put a new shock on one side (first mechanic only replaced 3) put back in the inner fender wells (first guy took 'em out for some reason) and then I can start just fixing the things I'm not even sure about yet.

But it's got a lot of new stuff on it...new brake system (lines too), new exhaust system, new starter, new battery...

As for keeping it stock I'm going to remove all the smog stuff then I am planning a little upgrades to the 305 to get some more power out of it, but I don't want a sleeper or street rod in this car...just something easy to drive that doesn't swallow the gas like water in the desert
