Stuck Radiator Cap

Hey,

I have a 1976 Impala, is there a trick to getting the radiator caps off? I push down and twist counter clockwise and the pressure is released but it won't come off =(

Take a close look at the cap where it is touching the radiator. You may need to use a screw driver to loosen the grip of the cap from the neck of the radiator. In reality after the first partial turn you may need to lift as you finish turning the cap off of the radiator neck. Also you may need to pull real hard if the rubber of the cap has melted onto the radiator neck.
