Okay, so I guess i have the infamous TCC solenoid issue on my 2001 Impala LS. It's surging in 4th about 40mph.
Well, I cleaned the MAF sensor, and now the car runs fine until it warms up, then the issue comes back.

Now, I have a new issue. When the engine warns up and the TCC starts acting up, It'll buck in even first gear. It acts like its slipping, but in the opposite way. Ill be accelerating fine and the RPMs will drop then come back up. It's much more abrupt, too. Probably because I'm accelerating.
I had a GM tech tell me try doing a tune up, so that's what I'm doing tomorrow.
Now, could this new issue be the TCC, or the shift solenoid or what? :dunno:
The CEL isn't on.
