01' 3.4L - overheating?

I think my thermostat is sticking. Where is it? Also, there is a coolant leak behing the motor - can't see it - but, it's about in the center (more on passenger side) and about 3 feet from front of car. The drip is pretty fast. No smell of exhaust in reservoir nor coolant from exhaust pipe. Ideas? The heat kicked in and out a couple times and the thermostat in the dash is a little jumpy (between about 25%-45%). I HAVE bleed the system.

thermostat is under the TB, it can be taken off with the TB on just takes a bit more time. also looks like you have a LIM gasket failure. possibly an external head gasket leak. i would get the system pressure tested. good luck!
