2013 Impala

I saw what I think was a 2013 or 2014 Impala driving around today. I was really kind of impressed with the looks. I just thought I would post to see what others think of it I didn't see any other threads about it. I know almost anything would be an improvement over the current car, but this new one is something I may have to look at. I am probably going to be in the market of a large 4 door within the next year. Does anyone know when its supposed to go on the market? So now its just a question of Chevy or Dodge.

You would have seen a 2013 impala. The 2014s haven't been released yet. I think they are supposed to be released mid 2013. The 2012-13 impalas have the new 3.6L v6 that is shared with the camaro, and a 6 speed auto instead of the weak 4 speeds in the 2006-11 models. It is a much better powertrain.

But if you can wait a year, hang on for the new 2014 impala. The body styling is incredible, and it also offers a couple four cylinder options that get great gas mileage, or the current v6 that kicks major ass.

^Unless he's in MI he might have seen a test car. Some people on GMI have seen them. Which one below did it look like?

I really like the front end on the new ones, but the rear end is missing something - maybe the spoiler...

It was for sure the new one 2014 I guess it is. There is no way someone could mistake it for that ridiculous one that is out now. This is one I am really going to need to take a look at. Does anyone know if it will be without those silly emblems on the C piller?

Where are you located? And I believe it will have them, but 15 mins and that DIY I posted you can take them off to sell.

i do believe it is early 2013 is the release like feb - march

Michigan or someplace else. Test cars are often driven by employees all over the country for one reason or another
