Hey,
What do the new style Impalas get for gas mileage? I know there are a few different engines they use but what can I expect?

-Thanks

FWIW, those numbers do seem to be conservative. My 5.3L gets the same as these LTZ numbers.

Didn't they change testing standards a couple years back??

My wife's 03 gets much better than those numbers.

Bottom line is, these numbers came from MSN auto, which is the equivalent of me driving the a car and providing my MPG results to the world. Theres no telling how their test drivers were actually driving the car. These numbers could be realistic, but do not compare them to the MPG ratings of other vehicles as reported by the maunfacturer.

IE. Hyundai reports their new 2011 Sonata gets 35 MPG. You cant compare that rating to this one because theyre from 2 differecnt sources with 2 different criteria on rating the cars.
