How to change a light bulb

On my 04 impala ss my light that illuminates my climate control buttons is out. Does anyone know how the dash comes apart in order for me to get behind there and change out the burnt bulb. I don't want to start ripping it apart and having clips broken....

All of them! One to finally figure it out and the rest of the members telling him how he did it the wrong way.

Sorry, I just meant the control unit needs to be sent out for the bulb to be replaced, usually. As far as the dash, you just need to be gentle when you pry on the dash pad. I have a plastic set of prybars specifically for interior work.
