Clicking noise under the dash, is it a Blend Door issue?

Same sound, but my issue is just a little different. Instead of happening when you change the temp., it happens when you switch where the airs goes (i.e. from window defrost, to feet, to cabin). It has trouble moving the door so the air switches location...while it clicks the air is stuck blowing on the front window, but once it finally 'connects' and stops clicking the air is directed to the correct spot.

Is it the same part just in a different location?

Replacing Actuators

Just a few notes from my DYI job:

1. Once the glove compartment door is swung down, there still isn't alot of room. I also removed the "upper plate" (it has the latching bar on it.)

2. The socket was a very tight fit so once I had the screws on the actuators loose, I put a 1/4 to 1/2 adaptor on the socket and that was just big enough to get a good grip to finish removing the screws by finger.

3. Replacing both actuators while everything is apart is the way to go...not having to go through this again for a good long time is nice.

I've replaced the recirc actuator a year ago and it solved the clicking issue. Now the problem I'm having is with the driver side vents blowing Hot air when the A/C is on while the passenger side is still blowing cold. I'm trying to determine which actuator is bad. There is no clicking. I saw earlier in this post that there are 4 actuators. 3 are the same and the 4th is a different type. I know where two are located. They can clearly be seen under the passenger dash. Where are the other two located? My research I've been told that the hot air problem is due to the driver side actuator. Does anyone know where it is?

I have replaced both the passenger and driver side heat door actuator but the car is still making the noise. I have the driver side disconnected but it is still plugged in so it does not make the clicking sound. Please help me. Before I changed out the passenger side actuator it was blowing cold even with the heat on. It is still doing the same thing even after I put a new one on.
