The DRL/ALC Bypass Harness consists of two plug & play (no cutting or splicing) harnesses w/ normal / bypass switches that allow the Daytime Running Lights and Automatic Light Control to be disabled independently. When bypassed, no service codes or warning messages are displayed on the cluster. The kit comes with complete step-by-step installation instructions, two harnesses, and six zip-ties. Note: When ALC is bypassed, the Odometer and Radio Display will not dim w/ the dimmer and the remote keyless approach lights do not illuminate.
Note: Install and use at your own risk. BBEngineering is not responsible for anything resulting from the installation or use of this product.
doesnt your car just have the switch to where you can turn your headlights off???
Mine has a swith for auto or manual...
its right to the left of the steering wheel and all you have to do is push it all the way in...
daytime running lights will still stay on w/ it pushed all the way in ( unless you have a 9c1 car)
