1989 caprice pinion nose is alittle down, does that cause vibration and roughness at
certain speed? I lifed up my 7in front and back but now my pinion nose is a little down. My driveshaft is kinda tight in place and the front yoke does not have much play and the back wheels aint centered. I just ordered extendable rear trailing arms. Would that fix the problem?

Extreme pinion angle can cause vibration through the range of motion...you should try to rectify it if you've lifted the car. Adjustable trailing arms may be necessary and possibly shortening the driveshaft...talk to a shop that deals in customizing cars like that or places that put lifts on 4WD vehicles.
