Why does my 85 chevy caprice with a new 350 run bad when it rains?
I just put this crate engine in a couple months ago. it runs good but on rainy days it runs real sluggish the power steering sometimes goes out and the idle is real sluggish! it has a new msd dist. and msd wires what else can cause this. every thing on the the engine is just about new. would you say it has to do with spark or vacuum? please give me some advise thanks!

Check the distributor, spray the inside of the cap with WD-40 which will display any moisture in it. Had a 6 cylinder one time with this problem sprayed inside the cap and solved the problem.

Or you just have cheap plug wires &/or dist. cap.
