97 gmc sonoma blows air under driverside?

Remove this ad!
My 97 sonoma blows feels like out side air under the driverside where the gas pedal is but above it..There seems to be like a vent but i dont want it to blow cold when it winter on my leg? Is this normal what can i do about it??
