i need help with my truck?

I have a 1994 Chevy s10 blazer 4 door with a 4.3 V6 Vortec engine. If it is sitting for awhile, not running, and i go to start it up it will crank about 2 seconds longer then it should and when i have it in gear and go to rev it up, the engine will hesitate. but if it is in Park or neutral it will rev up just fine. It also idles very rough. I have already replaced the IAC and the TPS along with new wires, new plugs, new distributer and a new rotor. I'm thinking its the oxygen sensor but dont want to spend money on parts until i know whats wrong. If any one has any ideas please let me know. thanks =)
i keep getting a 35 error code and its for a IAC but its been replaced twice
