Holy crap! I bet he puckered up a little! Good thing he was in a nicely sloped car like the corvette, otherwise he and the deer would have become one...

Few years back a Champ car driver was nearly killed by a deer at Road America. Something like a tire hit the deer then the deer hit HIM, they had to keep the guy in a coma for awhile to aid recovery. Think it took a couple years before he was really racing again.

Road America is not far from me but I have only been there a few times. Lots of woods, surprised there aren't more incidents.

HOLY SH**!!! That will get your attention! I had a small deer run out and side-swipe my car when going through the mountains (Green River Gorge) at night one time. Fortunately, the only tell-tale sign of the impact was the hair that got caught in the door handles - LOL! Sure scared the crap out of my wife though.

Is the deer stuck on top of the car after it gets hit?

i don't think so, although the head looked like it was gonna be severed for a brief moment. I saw this earlier today and showed it to my mom and sister, both screamed when it happened

Evan, watch the slow mo. It looks like the feet are dangling from the roof.

it's really hard to tell if that's a piece of glass or the deer.. corvette's have very small roof lines so it just makes it hard to believe it would've stayed there. IDK but that's freakin crazy

HOLY CRAP!!! Evan, I thought the same thing about the face shield. Hope the guy didn't get anything in his eyes.
