Rear Defrost issue. Help!!

Cant figure out rear defrost?:confused: Hear coil on relay pull in, have voltage at spades on grid and continuity through grid. Dont know what else to do????

Does anyone know where the grounds are located? My rear defrost doesn't seem to work either.

^ that does no good here, if there is power to the grid its definitely a ground issue, but I do not know where the grounds are.
