Wrong Wax...

More so a question my buddy has.

I guess he used some wax on his little Grand Am that was meant for faded and dull paints, so now he has swirls all over his car. Any ideas on how to get rid of them?

The problem wasn't the wax, but the dirty pad or cloth on the buffer. Has he tried to re-wax it by hand?

BTW-Zaino wax is great! Just pricey.

It would probably help to use a product like these. Polishes as opposed to cleaners. Swirl removers are very mild polish. Follow with pure wax that says nothing about cleaning on the label. If you have some "dirty mitt" scratches, machine buffing may be necessary.
