i have a 95 impala ss, and i recently put on a new water pump, coil, coil packs, fuel pump, fuel filter, new cold air intake, and maf sensor. it cuts off randomly from time to time, and/or wont start up at times, i notice that it over heats also. today i drove it and i was going about 45 and it cut off on me, and left me coasting. i pulled over, waited 5min then it started back up, but when it did it imediatly went hot, then i dro e it for a block or 2 then it went back normal, the battery is fine, altinator is fine starter is fine but why would it cut off on me, and somedays randomly dlont want to start? pls help i put alot of money into this and it seems like it wont fix right. what could it be

What does that mean?

What MAF did you put on it?

Did you bleed the cooling system?

You either have a coil or coil packs, not both. Does it have a CEL? Any codes? Like Dwayne said, need to make sure the cooling system is bleed good. Air in the system will cause the overheating.
