Best Way

What is the best way to fill in chips in the paint from road debris to make it look smooth so the touch up spots dont stick out like a sore thumb??

on a new car the best thing would be to go to a tint shop and get a good 3m clear bra on it!!!!!!

Is that the same thing as the Clear Lumar Protective Film that my friends shop installs on cars??
