I have a bad vibration or shaking whenever I'm going 45mph-65mph. I know that the car has a bad wheel bearing could that be the cause of this. And also the sway bar links are bad can these cause vibration. Another thing also the car has an uneven bounce to it how can figure out what strut is going bad? I can't afford buying all 4 struts new at the moment what site would you recommend for people like me on a budget. Its a 2005 impala base model if that helps

Push down on each corner of the car with all your weight and see if it pops back up stiffly or sorta bounces a little. If it's bouncing, the strut at that tire is bad. You can also visually inspect each one for signs of a leak. Yes to the wheel bearing causing the shake but it's possible you've lost a weight too. Look for shiny spots on the rims. If you find one that's probably where the weight used to be mounted. Another thing you can do is have a friend or family member drive their car along with you and look at your tires in that vibration zone. If you have one that's hopping or wobbling there's a good chance your friend/family member will see it and then you'll know which wheel to address. Also check your tire treads by running your hand around the surface of the tires. Sometimes you can feel a bulge that your eyes don't pick up, but also look for any signs of separation between the treads, like an exposed cord or the rubber cracking.

Could also be an alignment-related issue too. I've had cars that had vibrations at higher speeds due to alignment issues...

In your case, I would just take it somewhere to have a professional look at. They do this stuff every day and have the right tools. They will be able to figure out the problem a lot quicker and easier than anyone can at home. Trying to do this yourself, you could spends weeks trying to figure it out.

At the very least, pay them to diagnose the issue (or even get a free estimate somewhere) and then do the work yourself....
