Impala Front Speakers?

I have a 2004 Chevy Impala, I was wondering if i could just take the speaker grills off instead of the entire door panel to remove the old speakers and put the new ones that i bought

just use a razor. dont use a flat head because it is wider and it is more likely to cause a scratch and or dent
