Audio Steering wheel Controls Help.

i Just got a 2010 Impala LT. i love it so far. it is a big step up from my 2001 Impala LS. but the buttons on the Steering Wheel dont do what they say they do. most change the radio but should not and the cruise control buttons dont set the cruise. anyone have any ideas.

Could you be more specific? Do you have an operator's manual and, if so, have you referred to it?

What do you expect the buttons on the audio controls to do? And does the orange light come on your cruise control when you push the littlest button in the cluster?

i do have the manual and i have looked it over from front to back. and the buttons that are label cruise control changes the radio but dose light up orange. i even found a chevy youtube that tells me how to use on a 2010 impala and that dose not work. the volume changes the radio station the mute/push to talk makes the volume go up. so i need a fix. please.

When you rotate the steering wheel to the right (clockwise), which way does the car turn?
