I tapped into my factory amp. Light blue wire. Used a volt meter.

Line Out Converter - LOC
What exactly is this? Is this a harness that gives you pre-amp level inputs or something?

Also - I have been trying to get good details on the factory amp harnesses. I am assuming there is an input and an output harness. what color harness is what?
