i'm pretty happy with how this looks.

i know some of you will disagree with this, but i think it looks awesome.
i was inspired by one of my favorite cars, a 96 corvette grand sport.
i dont have any mods to back up the look, but i think once i get it lowered and plastidip my wheels it will look badass.

any thoughts on the stripes?

I would have to see it in person. I am trying to picture the Vette - in my mind, the stripe extended onto the hood, no?

I like it, well done. I think it'll look great with a debadge, tint, black plasti'd wheels, red calipers. :) More pics in my garage, but you'd have a very similar wheel setup.

I was torn at first, after looking at it. My wife loves it and thus, I now love it.

Nice job!
;)

thanks everyone for your input. i was excited that even the wife likes the stripes, even though she doesnt care for this kinda thing.

@donmateo, ive looked through your garage many times before, your car was one of the first i saw when i found this site. awesome car man.

@tommer, yes i did. i painted the grille satin and flat black and painted the bowtie red. i couldnt stand the chrome strip or the blue bowtie.

Looks good but why didn't you go size for size with it. I like the bolder look or maybe just a little more space between the stripes. Now add a red stripe to your rims just on the lip. A small 1/16th stripe
