original wheels and rims

i dont want to put any rims on my 95 caprice classic i plan on keeping it all stock minus the radio i put in. i have the stock wheels and centercaps and i want to know is there any way i can make the shine return as new i plan on ordering new center caps because the clear coat was peeling and someone came into my yard and stole 2 of them! the rims arent dirty or very dull but how can i bring them out more.

Polishing the aluminum wheels isn't too hard with a drill mounted buffer and polishing compound (don't expect chrome-like results), but if the clear is flaking badly you might need to remove it first which can be tricky. Often it's only peeling in spots and it can be chipped of there only.

big +1 on staying with factory wheels!!
