intake manifold gasket blah

my intake manifold gasket went bad on my 99 monte carlo. 4 tries later the mechanic still could not get it to stop leaking. found out tons of these have crappy intake manifold gaskets. sorry to hear it. my advice, pay the $850 and have the dealer do it instead of the $650 that firestone charged and needed 4 times to fix it.
