Front End Clunk
Well I have an 06 Impala 9c1 with a front end clunk noise when I hit the gas.Funny thing is that it dosent always do it.My shop cant find the problem but can hear the noise on road test.Any ideas?Thanks

I believe it's the front suspension bushing dried out. I believe I have posted on this before. We have an 06 LTZ and I have run into this problem on a couple of occasions. I jacked it up and sprayed "liberally" silicone lube on all the rubber bushing and parts included the top of the struts where the bearing is attached. That solved this issue on both occasions. Stabilizer bushing are really bad for drying out and "groaning" and I think that is what you are hearing.
