andrew gto- i agree with you.. i have a 2007 zo6 corvette 427 cubes/505 hp all stock.. dont have to do anything to this ls7 engine...these models run low 11 seconds at the drags,high 10 with drag tires only pure stock !!top mph is very close to 200mph !!! rkvette

Maybe thats because its a Zo6 Corvette....

Its true that the power in these impalas are mediocre... but what the hell is wrong with modding it a little to get a little extra out of it? Sure itll never be a corvette, but who the hell is trying to make it into one?! When you upgrade little things here and there, it makes the car more fun to drive, and when you put work into it like that you have a better appreciation for it, and have fun doing it.

Dont "not mod" your car because its not a corvette, or a GTO, or w/e.... mod it because you want to make it what YOU want.
