Which route to go??

Should I only buy the mufflers and let the exhaust shop fabricate the pipe or buy a kit from magnaflow or Borla??? Is there really any difference besides price???

Assuming you got a B-Body with LT1.....

Borla is stainless Steel which is nice but VERY $$$$
I wouldn't waste cash on it myself......

pipes after the muff is what you are talking about i assume.....

do it once do it right.... buy "Mandrel bent" pipes.... IE. Dynomax/Walker pipes.
or CIA sells them too.

as far as tips that is your choice.... tuckum or show-off some chrome tips, etc..

In short, to keep cost down, buy muffs,OTA pipes,& tips.......
and call it a day.
-ALF out....
