replaced my rear tranny seal yesterday

Remove this ad!
i know its a $5 piece at the parts store but he quoted me $20 for everything so i let him do the (newly) leaking rear seal ......
i thought it was a rear main seal and was gna be real pissed when he told me he'd have to drop the trans

so the 1 thing ive noticed about buying an arizona car ( where my car was originally from ) is that everything that is a gasket or rubber ( bushings etc ) was pretty much dry rotted from the heat of AZ so i wasnt surprised to see my trans leaking after not moving my car for 2 days

anways knock on wood that most every gasket and everything rubber can be replaced w/ very little time and or money

1 positive thing ive noticed about my AZ car is that there is not 1 spot of rust anywhere ( gotta love that )

anyways gues i was jsut putting my new quote out there for the seal installation just in case anyone else thought they might neeed theres done
