Curb height of 1958 Impala?

I'm restoring a 1958 Impala with a 348 & no air. I apprarently got the wrong springs and the front end is too high. Can anyone please measure from the ground up to the top of the wheel well at the top center of the wheel and tell me what it should be?

Maybe the rear is too low - where can I find specs? Im trying to figure out how high should the unloaded springs should be. Thank you.
